Recipe
In a mixer grinder add 1 banana, some blanched spinach leaves, 1tsp honey, 1tsp peanut butter and 1cup milk.
Blend to smoothie.
Pour in a glass. Add chopped almonds and pumpkin seeds and enjoy.
