Baked Besan Crackers

Made with gram flour (besan) and a nourishing blend of sesame seeds, flax seeds, and ajwain, they offer a perfect balance of crunch and nutrition. Baked Besan crackers recipe 
1 cup besan
1 tsp red chilli flakes 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hing( asafoetida powder)
1 tsp ajwain( carom seeds)
2 tsp pumpkin seeds 
2 tsp sesame seeds 
2 tsp flaxseeds 
2 tbsp oil
Warm water to make stiff dough 

Mix all and make a stiff dough. Roll into small balls. Flatten it with the base of a glass.
Bake at 180 deg for 20-25 min.
