Chocolate brownie

Here's a decadent chocolatey brownie delight. A delicious rich and fudgy treat made with loads of chocolate . I enjoy it hot with some chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream.

Ingredients

-2 cups flour

-2 tsp baking soda

-5 tbsp cocoa powder

-1/2 tsp salt

-2 cups sugar

-3/4 cup oil

-4 eggs 

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

-Whisk the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside.

-Beat  butter and sugar together using hand blender until combined.

-Add the oil, egg , vanilla extract and beat.

-Add the dry ingredients in 2-3 additions alternating with the milk and Mix.

- Add to the cake mix and fold gently using cut and fold.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 35-40 min.

- Remove the cake when done. Serve hot.
