Apple Galette
Apple galette has a buttery pie-style crust layered with sweetened fresh apples and almonds. This delectable dish is then baked until the fruit is tender and the crust becomes a beautiful golden brown. It’s one of the most delicious fall desserts!!!

Ingredients
Pie dough
Apples -3 sliced
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
Cornflour- 1 tsp
Amonds
Method
1.Make the pie dough and chill for two- three hours.
2. Roll the dough into a circle.
3. In a bowl mix sugar, cornflour, cinnamon powder.
4. Mix lemon juice to the sliced apples.
5. Arrange the apple slices on the dough, leaving the border round the edges.
6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over it.
7.Fold the edge towards the center. Rotate sheet plan slightly and repeat, until all edges are folded towards fruit.
8. Arrange almond slices on the folded borders and add sliced almonds over the apples
9. Bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 deg for 40-45 min till crust is golden brown.
10. Cool the apple galette and slice it.
