Capsicum Omlette
Capsicum Omlette is a great one dish nutritious meal. It has amazing flavours and texture. Capsicum Omlette is light yet filling, rich in protein and low in carbohydrates and is generally served with bread for breakfast.

Ingredients
Eggs-2
Capsicum chopped- 1/4 cup
Onion chopped-1
Coriander chopped
Chilli chopped-1
Cream- 1tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Method
Crack eggs into a medium sized bowl.
-Add salt, red chilli powder and beat vigorously using a fork. Incorporate as much air as possible.
-Add the chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander and cream to the beaten eggs and combine well.
-Add oil to the hot pan and move the pan around and make sure the oil coats the entire pan.
-Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Tilt the pan so that omlette is spread evenly.
-Allow the omlette to cook until the bottom of the egg is solid.
-Using a spatula, flip it over entirely and let it cook for one or two minutes more.
-Serve the capsicum omlette hot with bread slices and sauce.
