Chocolate coconut truffles
These white chocolate and coconut truffles are rich, smooth and melt in mouth treats with an irresistible combination of coconut and white chocolate. They are easy to make and perfect for Christmas.
Recipe
Ingredients
White chocolate- 250 gms
Dessicated coconut- 1/2 cup
Whipped cream- 1/4 cup
For coating
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler by stirring occasionally.
2. Once chocolate starts melting,add cream and mix.
3. Remove from flame and add dessicated coconut and mix well.
4. Let it cool.
5. Take small scoops of mix and roll it into balls.
6. Coat the balls with dessicated coconut and chill in refrigerator until firm.
7. Enjoy chocolate coconut truffles.
