Aloo tikki

Aloo tikki is a popular Indian snack... Made using boiled potatoes, onions and spices. This amazing snack is enjoyed hot with spicy green chutney any time of the day.


Recipe
Ingredients
Boiled potatoes- 4
Onion- 1  chopped
Green chillies- 2 chopped
Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Anchor powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 2 tsp or as required
Flour- 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs- 6 breads
Oil for frying

Preparation
1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and anchor powder.Mix well.
2. Take a spoonful of this mix and make flat round tikki.
3. Mix little water in flour to form a paste.
4. Coat the tikki with the flour mix and roll it in bread crumbs.
5. Shape all and keep aside.
6. Heat oil for frying.
7. Deep fry the tikki until golden brown.
8. Serve it hot with green chutney.
