Kathal ke kabab
Kathal or Jackfruit kabab is one one the mouthwatering appetizer.This snack is made using Jackfruit, chickpeas flour, mint leaves and a blend of spices.Try this amazing delicious recipe.

Ingredients
1/2 kg Jackfruit
3 tbsp chIckpeas flour
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup mint leaves
2 tsp ginger
3 chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
-Boil Jackfruit with half cup water in cooker till it's tender. Stain it and mash with spoon to remove extra water.
- Heat oil. Add chickpeas flour and roast till it changes it's colour.Add the spices along with chilli and ginger paste and cook.
-Add the mashed Jackfruit,mint leaves and dry mango powder and mix well.Cook for five minutes and turn off the flame.
- Apply oil in your hands and make kabab.
- Fry kabab in hot oil.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
