Tipsy Pudding ( English Trifle)
Everyone loves desserts. We love it even more when they are easy to prepare and are attractive too. This dessert is beautiful and has luscious layers.
This English Trifle or tipsy Pudding is a layered dessert which has custard, fruit juice soaked cake, fruits and whipped cream.

Ingredients
Vanilla cake-1( divided into 2 parts)
For Custard-
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cup custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
Fruits chopped-- 1 bowl(bananas,apples, pomegranate,grapes )
Add some lemon juice over the fruits.
Whipped cream- 1 bowl
Juice of fruits- 1 cup

-For custard
In a pan add milk, sugar and custard powder. Mix and boil. The custard will become thick. Cook for few minutes. You can add more sugar as per your taste. Cool
Assemble-
- In a glass bowl add one piece of vanilla cake. Pour half of fruit juice over it.
- Add half of the custard over the cake.
- Now add half bowl of fruits over the custard.
- Next add the whipped cream layer.
- Repeat the same layers again.
- Decorate your dessert with fruits and chill it.
