LAL MIRCH LEHSUN CHUTNEY(RED CHILLI GARLIC CHUTNEY)

A chutney is a combination of many spices in a cuisine. Chutneys are an essential part of an Indian household. There are many variants of it  like hara dhania mint chutney, mango chutney, aloo chutney, tomato chutney , chilli chutney, dates chutney and many more that go along with every dish.
Today I will be sharing a recipe of a unique lal mirch and lehsun chutney(red chilli garlic chutney). It is a very spicy chutney which is generally eaten in Rajasthan. It has an amazing strong flavour of red chillies and garlic that you can't resist. When I don't feel like eating any vegetable, I make this chutney and have it along with chapatti. If you are a chilli lover, I'm sure you'll relish it's taste.

Time taken- 10 minutes

Recipe
Ingredients
20  fresh red chillies(if you are taking dry then soak it in water for some time)
15- 20 cloves garlic
2 tsp curd
1 tsp salt

Preparation
1. Chop red chillies into half .
2. Peel the garlic cloves.
3.Take a mixer and add red chillies, cloves , curd and salt.
4.Blend till smooth paste.You can add some more curd if the consistency of the chutney is thick.
5.Lal mirch lehsun chutney is ready.

 Serve it with a food of your choice...
