MEETHA PARATHA
Meetha paratha or sugar paratha is made from wheat flour, ghee and sugar.
It is generally made for kids who have a sweet tooth. It is healthy and filling.I sometimes add chickpea flour to make it more healthy.
This paratha is different as the sugar which is stuffed inside melts in the process of making and caramalises giving it a unique flavour.Remember to always serve it hot.
It is generally served in breakfast but my kids love it at any time of the day. Sometimes I give them when they want something sweet and there is nothing in my fridge.
